Instructions:

For the pumpkin seed slices, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites to snow. Egg yolks, powdered sugar until foamy, stir in yogurt. Mix flour, baking powder and pumpkin seeds and stir into the yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the beaten egg white.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, remove the baking paper and let the dough cool. Place a baking frame around the sponge mixture.

For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix applesauce with cinnamon. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water and fold in gelatin according to instructions.

Stir in the natural yogurt, finally fold in the whipped cream and spread everything on the sponge cake base and chill for a few hours.

Sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds and decorate thinly with chocolate, then cut into slices.
