Instructions:

Drain the tangerines. Collect the juice, it will still be needed.

Pour the water and milk into a saucepan and heat together. Once the mixture boils, stir in the sweetener and rice. Bring to a boil once, then cover and steep on the lowest heat, tightly covered, for 20 minutes. (After 20 minutes, the rice will be tender.) Remove from heat.

Now mix in the collected tangerine juice to taste. Then fold in the grated chocolate and the mandarin orange wedges.

Serve the rice pudding warm.
