For Roasted Asparagus with Core Oil, wash thin green asparagus spears and cut off the hard ends. Melt butter in a frying pan and slowly fry the asparagus in it until al dente.

Season with lemon juice, zest, herb salt and pepper, toss well again. Arrange on plates and drizzle with core oil.

Preparation Tip:

Roasted asparagus is best served with pastries for topping. But potatoes fit just as well.
