Cut pork shoulder, liver as well as bacon into coarse pieces, salt and turn through the meat grinder (5 mm hole disk). Season with marjoram, a little paprika powder and crushed garlic. Knead the mixture well and form four loaves. Spread out the well-watered, dabbed dry pork net and cut it to size. Wrap each loaf in the pork net and place in a roasting pan. Add a little water and roast in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, turn the loaves over once.

Preparation Tip:
