For the Sacher Torte, cream the butter with half the amount of sugar, briefly stir in the yolks and the liquid lukewarm chocolate. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and mix both together.
Carefully stir in the flour. Bake at medium heat for 1 hour. When well cooled, fill with jam and cover with glaze.
