For the salad with fruit iceberg lettuce, wash and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Peel melon, remove seeds and cut into smaller cubes. Cut pineapple slices into pieces.

Mix lettuce with melon cubes, pineapple pieces and grapes in a bowl and chill.

Mix creme fraiche with whipping cream, vinegar, salt and pepper well. Finely chop the chives and mix into the dressing.

Halve apples, remove core, cut into fine strips and mix into the salad.

Arrange the salad with fruit and pour dressing over it.
