Instructions:

For the salmon dumplings from the steamer first prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients and let rest for 15 minutes. The dough should have a soft consistency.

For the salmon dumpling filling, dice the leek and celery and place in a perforated cooking tray and steam in the Miele steamer at universal cooking 100°C for 6 minutes. Allow the vegetables to cool. In the meantime, finely dice the salmon and mix with the pine nuts, cream cheese, salt, pepper, horseradish, steamed vegetables and chopped dill.

Form small dumplings and stuff them into the bread dumpling dough and place in a perforated, greased cooking dish.

Cook the salmon dumplings in the steamer at the following setting:

Universal cooking: 100°C for 20 minutes

As a side dish to the salmon dumplings fits wonderfully a chive sauce or a green leaf salad.
