Instructions:

Place salmon fillets skin side down on a perforated baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread chili, grated ginger, lemongrass on the salmon fillets, place spring onion on the tray as well. Drizzle with peanut oil and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper.

Steam in steamer at 100% steam for 8 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with salad, rice noodles or basmati rice. Garnish with a few fresh coriander leaves.
