Instructions:

For the salmon stuffing cut salmon fillet into thin strips and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped basil.chop onion finely and fry in butter. Add spinach, toss and season well.Blanch tomatoes, peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.Prepare sauce: Finely chop onion, fry in butter, add flour, pour in wine and soup. Stir in QimiQ and season to taste. Place 1/3 of the pasta sheets in a greased baking dish (three layers in total), place half of the salmon fillets on top, add spinach and diced tomatoes and cover with cheese sauce. Repeat the process, cover with pasta sheets and the remaining cheese sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the salmon lasagne at 200°C for approx. 35 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of spinach you can also use wild garlic.
