Instructions:

For the herb rice, boil the rice in 250 ml of salted water. Chop the herbs and mix with the rice.

For the salmon slices with broccoli, clean the broccoli, divide into bite-sized pieces and steam in a little salted water or soup, covered until al dente.

Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cook in very little water (if you use frozen salmon, you don’t need any water at all) on a low flame, covered, until the salmon is just barely cooked through on the inside. (Takes a few minutes for fish, about 8-10 minutes for frozen).

Serve immediately with herbed rice and broccoli.
