For the salmon steak, season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in olive oil for approx. 4 minutes.
Take out the salmon steaks and clean the pan a little (be careful!!!). Sauté the sesame seeds with the remaining oil for not too long.
Then drizzle the salmon steaks with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preparation Tip:
I peeled off the skin beforehand, cut it into 3 cm pieces and deep fried it.
