Instructions:

Season the salmon fillets a little with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix the breadcrumbs, wild garlic and grated cheese. Place the salmon fillets on baking paper and cover with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.

Leave to bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 16 minutes – then place the slices of pepper cheese on top and leave in the oven again until the cheese has melted.

Arrange the gratinated salmon and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with rice or potatoes and green salad.
