Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. mussels cooled rinse and dry.

Clean and rinse the leek and clean the mushrooms. Cut both into slices and sauté in the butter. Extinguish with the wine and mix in the crem fraiche. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Add the mussels.

Put everything in a baking dish and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with toasted bread.
