For the Schilcher Krautfleckerln, cook the Fleckerln in enough salted water until al dente. Strain, rinse with cold water and drain.

Cut the cabbage in half, remove the stalk and cut the cabbage leaves into squares of about 2 x 2 xm. Peel and finely chop the onions.

Melt clarified butter in a pan and caramelize the sugar in it. Add the onions and roast until golden. Add the cabbage and fry briefly. Deglaze with Schilcher and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 8 minutes, then add the drained Fleckerln. Let it boil down a bit more.

Serve the Schilcher Krautfleckerln sprinkled with parsley.
