Peel kohlrabi, cut into 2 cm slices and steam in a little vegetable soup until al dente. Cut tomatoes into slices. Place kohlrabi on an oiled baking sheet, top with tomato slices and sprinkle with herb salt. Finely grate cheese and mix with whipped cream, white wine, squeezed garlic and pepper. Place the sage leaves on the tomato slices and spread the cheese mixture evenly over them. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Delicious with wholemeal pasta or brown rice with tomato sauce.
