For the slim vanilla crescents, first mix the ground almonds with flour, 30 g powdered sugar, 4 g vanilla sugar and salt. Add yogurt and finely chopped butter and quickly knead into a dough. Form a roll, place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Unroll the roll, cut off small slices, form croissants and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C hot air for about 10 minutes.

Mix the remaining vanilla sugar and powdered sugar and sift over the hot slim vanilla crescents.

Preparation Tip:

The dough is wonderful to work with when chilled. Therefore, first give only half of it from the refrigerator.
