Instructions:

Make a sponge dough, add the cocoa powder to one half, spread in about 1 cm thick on greased tray and bake. For the cream, add all the ingredients: stir, bring to a boil, and cool repeatedly, stirring occasionally. For the syrup, bring the water and sugar to a boil, cool and add rum. For the pour-over, bring the sugar, water, and cocoa powder to a boil, cool, and add the rum. Now in a roasting pan, spread a layer of sponge cake mold with syrup, pour crem on top and sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
