For the ham and cheese muffins, cream soft butter, add eggs. Cut ham into strips, press garlic, chop herbs and add to egg-butter mixture.
Mix flour with baking powder and sift into remaining ingredients. Season with spices and stir. Preheat oven to 160° and place muffins in muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes, until ham and cheese muffins start to color.
