For savory mushrooms, clean mushrooms and chop into bite-sized pieces. Sauté in olive oil. Peel and very finely chop garlic and shallots and fry briefly with mushrooms.
Chop herbs as well, setting aside a few for decoration. Mix the mushrooms with the chopped herbs. Season with salt, pepper, tabsco sauce and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the marinated mushrooms from the refrigerator about half an hour before. Dry roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until fragrant. Allow to cool briefly and then sprinkle over the marinated mushrooms.
Serve spicy mushrooms with hearty farmhouse bread!
