For the tomato relish:











Instructions:

Heat olive oil, sauté young onion, add garlic, continue to swirl gently. Add tomatoes and plucked oregano, mix and let cool.

Remove pizza dough from refrigerator, unroll and lightly press out edges with floured fingers.

Top dough with filling and sprinkle loosely with pizza cheese. Roll into a roll (flour your hands) and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Bake in preheated oven at about 180 °C for between 10 and 20 minutes. Good heat promotes characteristic bubbling.

For the tomato relish: halve tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small pieces, cut young onion into fine strips, pluck cilantro and chop coarsely.

Mix all ingredients and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and ground pepper and serve with the pizza buns.

Preparation Tip:

Spread basil pesto directly on the pizza dough, then top with the other ingredients.
