Soak the raisins in water. Sort the spinach and wash well. Put it wet in a pot, heat briefly and then drain well. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil. Melt the butter in it, fry the halved garlic cloves and take them out again. Now turn the drained spinach in the hot oil. Drain the raisins, add them to the spinach and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast the pine nuts briefly without fat in a pan, add them and sprinkle the roasted garlic on top.
