For the spinach casserole, wash the spinach and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then put the spinach in cold water (preferably with ice cubes in it).

Fry the chicken breast with olive oil in a pan until golden brown all over, but not cooked through. Then place the chicken breast in a baking dish.
