For the strawberry coconut cream, sort, wash and pluck the strawberries. Cut half of them into small pieces. Roughly chop the rest, puree with dust and vanilla sugar, orange juice and cream cheese in a blender.

Mix in the finely chopped strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream with the coconut flakes.

Pour the cream into dessert bowls, garnish with strawberry pieces and serve sprinkled with coconut flakes.

Preparation Tip:

Before serving, let the fine strawberry coconut cream infuse in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If children are not eating, 1 tablespoon Cointreau can be used instead of orange juice.
