For the strawberry coconut tiramisu, wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Mix the coconut milk with the coconut liqueur.

Break half of the sponge cake into suitable pieces, soak in the mixture and divide among 8 glasses. Beat the yolks, egg and sugar until very foamy.

Then stir in the mascarpone and coconut liqueur, and finally fold in the cocosette. Spread the strawberries on the biscuits and a spoonful of cream on each.

Tap the glasses a little if necessary. Then repeat once more and finish with cream on top. Cover the jars with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, garnish with a whole strawberry, a halved Raffaelo ball, some toasted coconut and mint.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't have a portion jar, or if you don't like it, you can also layer the strawberry-coconut tiramisu in the classic way in a shallow dish and then portion it. You can also take smaller jars, then half the amount is enough for 8 servings.
