For the strawberry-mint layered dessert, first wash the mint, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Place the gelatine in cold water according to the package instructions.

Mix the yogurt, whipped cream, curd and agave syrup. Stir the mint into half of the mixture and the jam into the other half.

Heat the water and dissolve the gelatine in it. Stir half into the mint and half into the strawberry mixture.

First divide the mint mixture into 4 glasses. Freeze for about 15 minutes. Top with the strawberry mixture and chill the strawberry-mint layered dessert for at least 1-2 hours. Serve garnished with mint leaves.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also fill several layers always alternating in the glass. Refine the strawberry-mint layered dessert with some crunch between the layers. For example, crumbled cookies or granola are suitable for this.
