For the strawberry rice pudding cream, wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut into pieces. Set aside a few whole strawberries for decoration.

Scrape out the vanilla pod and put the pulp in an unperforated container together with the milk, rice and sugar. Steam at 100°C for 30 minutes. Add the strawberries for the last 3 minutes.

Blend everything briefly. Fill the finished strawberry rice pudding cream into bowls, decorate each with a fresh strawberry and serve.
