Soak the gelatine.

Line a springform pan (26 cm diameter) with baking paper and place a layer of biscuits on the bottom. Optionally, also line the edge of the springform pan with biscuits.

Wash and clean the strawberries and puree about half the amount with the juice of the lemon.

Cut about 200 g of the strawberries into thicker slices and place on top of the biscuits.

Whip the cream.

Mix strawberry puree, yogurt and powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Squeeze gelatin, dissolve in a water bath and stir into strawberry-yogurt mixture. Then fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mixture into the mold and decorate as desired.

Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator.

Preparation Tip:

This simple cake does not require baking and is therefore ideal for children who want to please your mother for Mother's Day. Depending on the season, you can also replace the strawberries with other berries.
