Instructions:

For the Striezel with raisins, work soft butter with the remaining ingredients to a smooth yeast dough, let the dough rise until doubled in volume.

Knead the dough well again by hand and mix in raisins to taste. Divide the dough into 3 strands and braid into a plait. Brush the braid with milk and let it rise on the baking sheet for another 15 minutes.

Bake the Striezel with raisins at 180 °C top-bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
