For summer in a jar, put the washed and sorted fruit in an unperforated container and sweeten with sugar.

Steam for 20 minutes at 80° C.

Pour the steamed fruit into sterilized jars, close tightly and preserve for another 20 minutes at 80° C.

Then place in cold water until a vacuum is formed and store in a cool place.
