Instructions:

Prepare pasta, chop onion and garlic, dice salami and drain tomatoes and cut into slices (save liquid).

Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft, add salami, mushrooms and tomatoes and cook briefly. Add paradeis pulp and oregano, simmer on low heat for 4 minutes. Next, add the tomato juice and white wine and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and add the Parmesan cheese.

Serve with: lettuce, a little bit of Italian flat bread and (above all :)) country wine.
