Instructions:

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Then rinse with cold water and set aside.

In the meantime, finely dice the Saint Albray, cocktail tomatoes, olives and cucumbers. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
