Instructions:

Gently wash the raspberries.

Pluck off mint leaves.

Mix hazelnuts, sugar and coconut milk well.

Peel pineapple and cut into longish sticks.

Soak rice paper sheets in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.

Spread hazelnut filling, put raspberries and pineapple, add mint leaves and form the rice paper into rolls.
