Instructions:

Wash the dill and shake dry.

Remove seeds from peppers and cut into small pencils.

Halve the matjes fillets.

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.

Soak rice paper sheets in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.

Wrap the matie fillets in the egg noodles and place on top, add the bell pepper sticks and dill.

Form rice paper into rolls.

Serve with dip of your choice.
