Instructions:

Wash blueberries.

Peel banana and cut into fine slices.

Peel kiwi and cut into thin slices.

Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions.

Soak rice paper sheets in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.

Place glass noodles, marshmallows and fruit on top and form the rice paper into rolls.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with matching ice cream.
