Instructions:

Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Peel the cucumber and cut into small sticks.

Cut radishes into very thin slices.

Soak rice paper leaves in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.

Spread egg spread, place the cucumber sticks and radishes, add parsley on top.

Form rice paper into rolls.

Serve with dip of your choice.
