Instructions:

For the sweet spring soup with bananas, peel the bananas and put them in a plastic dish in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Wash the spinach and voger lettuce and put them in the stand blender along with half of the basil leaves and the parsley.

Peel the cucumber, cut into rough chunks and puree in the stand blender with the semi-frozen bananas.
