For the tart with apricots and nectarines on almond cream, first preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Place the puff pastry with parchment paper in a tart pan (30 cm ø), prick a few times with a fork, place the parchment paper on top and blind bake with beans for 10 minutes.

Remove the parchment paper with the beans, prick the bottom with a fork another time if necessary. Place the pan in the oven for another 5 minutes until the edges are lightly browned, then remove.

Turn the oven heat down to 190 °C.

In a hand mixer (Thermomix), finely grind the almond kernels, but the mixture should not stick. Add the butter and the powdered sugar and mix briefly to a homogeneous mass. Add the eggs and stir.

Pour this almond cream onto the puff pastry base and spread the halved, pitted apricots evenly on top with the cut side facing up. Cut the nectarines into wedges and spread them evenly on the spaces in between.

Bake the tart for 30-35 minutes until the almond cream is well risen and browned.

Remove the tart with apricots and nectarines on almond cream from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
