Instructions:

For the chop, squeeze lemon and grate peel. Press garlic. Mix garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, thyme and olive oil well.

Add chop to marinade and let marinate for about 1 hour.

Then grill in a pan on both sides for about 5 minutes.

For the letcho, dice the onion. Dice peppers, tomatoes and zucchini.

Heat oil and fry onion in it. Add bell bell pepper and zucchini and fry them briefly as well. Add diced tomatoes and water and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and refine with chopped oregano.
