Quickly knead sugar, butter, egg yolk, grated chocolate, flour and Tia Maria. Put the dough in a cool place and let it rest for about 2-3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air.

Then roll out the dough on the work surface and cut out circles with cookie cutters. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the tiramisu filling: Melt the white chocolate and let cool very briefly. Mix the sugar with the butter until fluffy. For firmness, stir in the mascarpone and the still liquid chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Stick the finished cookies together with the tiramisu filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
