Instructions:

Onions clean, rinse and cut into fine rings.

Mix 6 tbsp. olive oil with herbs, mustard, vinegar. Salt, pepper and honey to a marinade.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stem and cut into eighths. Drain the hominy. Mix tomatoes with cheese sticks, onion rings, hominy and marinade, steep briefly.

Peel garlic, crush and mix with 2 tbsp olive oil. Brush both sides of toast with it and brown lightly in a coated frying pan over medium heat.

Cut the toasted toast into small cubes. Arrange the leaf salad on four plates and bring to the table sprinkled with the toast cubes.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
