For the tuna steaks with zucchini, wash the tuna steaks and pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place in a closed container in the refrigerator.

Skin, seed and dice the beef tomato and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Briefly sauté the zucchini slices with half of the oil, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated), then add the chopped garlic and tomato pieces and sauté until soft, about 8 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in a wide frying pan and sear tuna steaks for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Cut basil leaves into thin strips and mix into the vegetables.

Arrange the vegetables with the tuna steaks.
