For the nut cake, mix BOBEI with water. Sift flour with baking powder. Mix all ingredients well with a food processor. You may need a little more water.
When the dough is well thick, pour into a well-oiled floured loaf pan or loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 50 min, then test with a stick and bake a little longer if necessary.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, you can cover the nut cake with chocolate icing. Instead of walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds are also possible.
