For the vegetable skewers with pumpkin, cut the pumpkin flesh into approx. 3 x 3 cm cubes.

Halve the bell pepper, removing the seeds, skin and stalk. Also cut into coarse pieces. Remove blossom and stem end from melanzani and zucchini. First cut into 2 cm thick rings, then into pieces. Cut the feta cheese into cubes of about 2 x 2 cm.

For the marinade, pluck the thyme sprigs from the stems. Finely chop the thyme leaves and sage leaves and mix well with the remaining ingredients in a larger bowl. Add vegetable pieces and feta cheese to marinade and let marinate for about 30 minutes. Then alternate them on the wooden skewers. Grill the vegetable skewers on the grill grate for about 10 minutes, turning often so that the vegetable pieces cook evenly.
