For the warm muesli, put cereal flakes and skim milk in an ovenproof, unperforated dish, sweeten with honey.

Finely chop raisins and dried plums and add to cereal flakes. Steam for 15 minutes. Finely chop walnuts and add to the muesli.

Preparation Tip:

Dried figs or apricots can also be used. This muesli becomes especially tasty if you also grate half an apple into it.
