Instructions:

Melt granulated sugar in pan, add margarine and oil and heat. Fry the chopped onion well.

Briefly fry tomato paste, add spices and pour red wine and half of the soup.

Mix the chopped meat with salt, pepper and marjoram and let it soak in for a while. Heat oil in a pan and quickly brown meat, pour remaining soup, then mix with previously prepared sauce and simmer for about 90 minutes.

Take out the pieces of meat and press the sauce through a sieve. Mix meat and sauce again and season with cream.
