Instructions:

Cucumber cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion and season lightly with salt. Let stand for a while, then pour off the liquid. Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes. Finely chop parsley and dill.

Stir yogurt until creamy, season to taste and mix with the vegetables. Season again and refrigerate for at least another hour.
